Our Parking Spaces have been upgraded to be widest in the area and fully outlined, allowing for faster and easier parking and ability to open RV door and stairs while parked!

We like simplicity and fairness, too! We don't have a bunch of specials, upsells, bait-and-switch, admin fees, or 'starting at' pricing like the others do. You don't have to wonder if you got tricked or should have been a better negotiator. But, there is an important tenant goods protection requirement. It is valuable and easy (click here for more info) for fire, tornadoes, theft, etc. Ours is a good value and we credit back the first $1000 unit coverage for you!

New rentals can be done over the phone as well as online (but are still reviewed and monitored as needed). We look forward to serving you!
NEW! Most of the 50+ live security cameras have been upgraded to continuous recording at ultra-high 4K (astounding detail) resolution. They have excellent night vision, too! We spend much time outside taking care of things. You may want to call ahead if you need a live person in the office. Office closed on major holidays and for bad winter weather.
