We have various sized units from 5' x 10' to 15' x 50', both non-climate control and climate controlled, all on concrete foundations with garage door type access. Our temperature controlled units are set to be no lower than 50 degrees in the winter and no higher than 85 degrees in the summer with periodic pest control to protect your valuables.
Commercial tenants enjoy delivery acceptance between the office hours of 9am and 5pm Monday through Friday and 14ft tall garage doors and easy access. Our large flat driveways and asphalt parking lots can accommodate large trucks for deliveries and have access to a special gate for driving through the facility.
Features for our main storage facility include: Broad coverage high-performance motion sensors, alarm monitoring with police notification, tall fencing, live cameras, 24 hr. video surveillance, keypad access from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM every day, lighted and Manager on site.
