We have various sized units from 5' x 10' to 15' x 50', both non-climate control and climate controlled, all on concrete foundations with garage door type access. Our temperature controlled units are set to be no lower than 50 degrees in the winter and no higher than 85 degrees in the summer with periodic pest control to protect your valuables.
Commercial customer enjoy delivery acceptance between the hours of 9am and 5pm and 17ft tall garage doors and timed electricity for lights when arriving and leaving before daylight or after dark to the large commercial sized units. Our large flat driveways and asphalt parking lots can accommodate large semi-trucks for deliveries and have access to a special gate for driving through the facility.
Security for our storage facilities include: Fencing with added barbed wire, razor wire, 15 security cameras, 24 hr. video surveillance, electric keypad access 24 hrs a day, lighted and Manager on site. We also have stainless steel disk locks and Storsmart Tenant Insurance available to our customers.
